people comfortably.
It offers a large garden with raised swimming pool, commanding views
over the surrounding
Florentine hills and the countryside. It is a private,independent and
very original Tuscan Villa,
which atmosphere will leave you breathless.
Wine tasting can be arranged in the villa's wonderful wine cellar.
The traditional cypress tree driveway leads to the house that has very
spacious rooms
which are elegantly furnished with many antique pieces.
It was built in the 18th century in the Siena style.
The villa is well situated for visiting all the main places of interest
including Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.
It is 6 kms from Montespertoli and 28 kms from Florence on the Siena
side.
It has a small private pool.

Doos/french window leading to the front of the villa. Kitchen with open
fireplace, dishwasher.
Twin bedroom. Toilet, washbasin, and washing machine
First floor :
Four bedrooms, each with doors that lead to large terraces.
Two double bedrooms, one with one double and an additional single bed,
one twin bedded room with an additional single bed. Two bathrooms with
bath/shower.
With pool out of the ground size 10x5. Pet not allowed
