Il Colombaio as it’s name suggests, was a farmhouse with a dovecot.
Today the house is restored to an exceptionally high standard and
furnished with an element of contemporary design which offers comfort
unusual in rental properties in Italy.
The property has all modern conveniences making it an ideal place for
individuals, groups and families.

1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom/study

First floor :
2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with
fireplace. Mezzanine with 2/4 single beds.

The house stands in private grounds amid olive groves and gardens with
terraces offering plenty of space for dining
or sitting quietly, it enjoys a peaceful situation with stunning views
across the local landscape and excellent
access to many of the fascinating hill towns and cities in both Tuscany

The property
offers three terrace areas, which extend the use of the house during
fine weather. a covered terrace for dining and two other sun terraces
for dining and relaxing. with wooden furniture
The mosaic tiled pool which is surrounded by a travertine sun terrace
measures 9 x 4 meters, and can be heated on request.
The house which has been recently refurbished has comfortable furniture,
and a fully equipped modern style kitchen for contemporary living.
There is a compendium of games, music systems, television with DVD,
satellite, telephone and internet access
Services
Included in the service of the house is the maid three days a
week who comes for room make up and light cleaning duties, there is also
a weekly linen change, breakfast on request and pool towels. In addition
extra help for laundry, cooking dinner, shopping and an arrival hamper
and children’s cots and highchairs are available with prior notice.
During your stay there is always someone available on the end of the
phone for any additional queries and help to make the most of your
holiday.
