located on the hills at 7 km south of Florence with panoramic views of the typical tuscan landscape.
The house is a fine example of Renaissance rural architecture set in the famous Tuscan countryside, 
including olive groves, cypresses, vineyards.
The property, with the main house and separate guest house, the garden, 
swimming-pool, BBQ, tennis-table, is a perfect holiday place for families or groups of friends.

The entrance and the living room give access to the beautiful loggia of 50 square metres
 facing the large terra cotta terrace, characteristic of antique rural villas.

1 bedroom 25 square metres with sofa and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom/tub.
Second floor :
Master bedroom suite 35 square metres with bathroom/tub.

Guest house :
Bedroom of 25 square metres  with two single beds,
1 small bedroom with 1+1 beds, bathroom/shower, kitchnette.
